The RAPID MAX™ ELISA Kit drastically reduces assay time to just 90 minutes. The incubation with both the capture and detection antibody takes place in a single step, requiring only one wash cycle.
LEGEND MAX™
The LEGEND MAX™ kits provide a fast, safe, and convenient way to perform an ELISA assay. These kits, analytically and biologically validated, include pre-coated ELISA plates and all necessary reagents for the experiment. They are ideal for users with limited experience in ELISA techniques as well as for experienced researchers who need a time-efficient solution.
ELISA MAX™
The ELISA MAX™ kits are the best option for users who prefer to customize their assay protocols or who are working with a limited budget. These kits are available in two formats:
- ELISA MAX™ Standard – contains the essential components for the assay. This version is perfect for users who wish to use their own plates and perform the coating manually.
- ELISA MAX™ Deluxe – includes all basic reagents found in the Standard version, plus additional buffers and solutions for enhanced convenience.
BioLegend’s LEGENDplex™ kits allow for the simultaneous quantification of multiple soluble analytes in a biological sample using a flow cytometer. The technique is based on the same principle as a sandwich ELISA, in which each analyte is captured by two specific antibodies. However, unlike a traditional ELISA — where the capture antibody is immobilized on the bottom of a microplate — in LEGENDplex™ kits, the capture antibody is immobilized on beads.
LEGENDplex™ kits are available in predefined panels, enabling the quantification of 3 to 13 analytes simultaneously.
With the Mix and Match system, users can also create custom panels by selecting only specific analytes of interest from an existing predefined panel. Additional customized options are also available. Each LEGENDplex™ kit provides enough reagents for 100 tests. The assay can be performed in 96-well plates (v-bottom or filter plates) or in FACS tubes.
