To provide the necessary knowledge and essential methods for understanding the risks related to the workplace environment, Campoverde organizes a training program for workers, including supervisors, structured into two distinct modules: a general training module and a specific training module.
General training
- Duration: 4 hours
- Content: Presentation of general concepts on workplace prevention and safety
- Delivery method: Classroom sessions, e-learning sessions, videoconference sessions
Specific training
- Duration: Variable, depending on the company’s sector risk category and the activities carried out by the group of workers (4 hours / 8 hours / 12 hours)
- Content: Risks related to work activities, prevention and protection measures/procedures, emergency and evacuation procedures
- Delivery method: Classroom sessions or e-learning sessions for low risk, and classroom sessions for other risk levels

In addition to the general and specific training required for all workers, supervisors — regardless of the level of risk — must complete specific and additional training on workplace health and safety related to their assigned duties.

- Content: Tasks and responsibilities associated with the supervisor’s role, monitoring and control functions, safety management, and prevention and protection measures
- Delivery method: Classroom sessions / videoconference / e-learning (only for certain topics – Module I)

The training program for managers has the following characteristics:
- Duration: 16 hours
- Content: Topics divided into the following instructional modules:
- Module I: Legal and regulatory aspects
- Module II: Safety management and organization
- Module III: Risk identification and assessment
- Module IV: Communication, training, and consultation of workers
- Delivery method: The course may be delivered through classroom sessions, videoconference, or e-learning.

Refresher courses for workers, supervisors, and managers have different programs but the same duration (6 hours each).
These refresher courses must be completed within 5 years of the initial training.

*The duration of RLS refresher training varies depending on the company size: 4 hours for companies with 15–50 workers and 8 hours for companies with more than 50 workers.
According to Article 32 of Legislative Decree 81/08, the skills and professional requirements of those responsible for and involved in prevention and protection services — whether internal or external to the company — must be appropriate to the nature of the risks present in the workplace. Specifically, consultants and employees assigned to perform the functions of RSPP (Head of the Prevention and Protection Service) must hold at least an upper secondary school diploma and a certificate of attendance, with learning assessment, from specific training courses suitable for the nature of the workplace risks and related work activities.
The RSPP training courses, as defined by the State-Regions Agreements of February 14, 2006, and July 7, 2016, consist of the following modules:
Modulo A
– Basic course for performing the RSPP function, duration: 28 hours, may also be provided via e-learning and is a prerequisite for access to the other modules.
Modulo B
– Common course for all production sectors, duration: 48 hours, classroom only.
Those intending to hold the RSPP position in certain specific sectors must attend, in addition to Module B, one or more specialization modules:
- SP1 – Agriculture and fishing: 12 hours
- SP2 – Quarries and construction: 16 hours
- SP3 – Residential healthcare: 12 hours
- SP4 – Chemical and petrochemical: 16 hours
Modulo C
– Course aimed at developing relational and management skills, duration: 24 hours, classroom only.
The ASPP training courses consist of Modules A + B.
